The Miyano ANX-42SYY opens up a new era for turret lathes. Now a turret lathe from Miyano is equipped with our revolutionary LFV technology for the first time. Chip control issues are now a thing of the past!  

Another noteworthy feature is the operation panel featuring the new HMI (human machine interface) and powerful FANUC 31iB Plus control. Machine operating convenience has been greatly improved, which assures compatibility and ease of use for users of both Citizen Cincom and Miyano brands.

This 1 5/8” bar capacity machine is configured with two spindles, two twin 12-station turrets and double Y axes. Rapid traverse rate has been increased by adopting linear guides for all axes. Our spindles have built-in motors, which shortens acceleration/deceleration times and improves response time. The turrets can use the same tool holders as the BNA Series, and accommodate 20 Nm revolving tools. These advanced functions are packed into a compact machine body only 2,650 mm wide.
